How to "Read" and Use A Ruler Workshops

It's an appalling fact, but too many people don't know how to use a ruler.  These two workshops have been created as a solution to this problem.
1-day Workshop 10-day Series of Workshops

This nine-hour class can be used by adults in
occupational-training or apprenticeship
programs.  Working in teams, participants essentially
teach themselves by reading and doing related
exercises; and then performing a variety of
complementary measuring tasks with both rulers
and professional measuring tapes.

This program (hour-long classes spread out over two
weeks) can be used by middle school teachers who
want to help their middle school students gain
comprehensive knowledge of rulers and
superior skills.
